Several notebook manufacturers jointly announced today a number of battery manufacturers, related industry is now working intensively to develop new lithium-ion battery production and EPF10K10AQC208-3 datasheet and quality control of the industry standard, planned for June 15, 2007, introduction of a better safety performance lithium battery with high production standards, trying to notebook lithium battery manufacturing industry in recent months from a "recall" events in the rescue. According to Electronic Industries Association Online

(IPC) sources said the new standard will cover rechargeable lithium batteries "production process requirements, quality control and EPF10K10AQC208-3 price and security" and EPF10K10AQC208-3 suppliers and other aspects.

10 12, E-Online Industry Association held at the headquarters office in Bannockburn vote, the Lenovo Group in charge of quality and standards of lithium Tony Corkell IPC project was selected as Chairman of the Subcommittee, this means that the future will be the Corkell Dells director of engineering and quality John Grosso IPC standards committee responsible for reporting.

IPC spokeswoman Kimberly Sterling said there is still no IPC prior to special lithium battery production standards change, and the Chairman of the Subcommittee Corkell lithium battery project himself has not made any changes to requirements, which are based on the lithium battery manufacturing process is now quite complete, so the new standard may have to focus on lithium batteries, "Process Control and Quality Assurance" and other terms.

In August, Dell and Apple recalled nearly six million laptop batteries, Lenovo and Toshiba in September recalled 500,000, respectively, and 83 million notebook batteries, many people have on their computer batteries in question. September this year, IPC for the first time meeting the new standards began to explore the issue. Involved in lithium battery recalls notebook also includes Fujitsu and IBM.

Currently not clear whether these companies participate in the new standards, even the lithium battery manufacturing giant Sony has yet to say whether it is currently involved in the meeting.

IPC IPC declined to participate in the list of manufacturers of lithium standards, the spokesman stressed, "As far as I know, the major notebook manufacturers have well prepared the participants.
