IR has introduced two 30V DirectFET MOSFET converter chipset
In Electronic Infomation Category: R | on December 1, 2010
International Rectifier Corporation (International Rectifier, referred to as IR) has introduced two new 30V DirectFET MOSFET synchronous buck converter chip set. Installation of a new product for the latest AMD processors, Intel and SN74F245DWR datasheet and notebook computer design.
Each
a new chipset consists of a control MOSFET and SN74F245DWR price and a synchronous MOSFET, and SN74F245DWR suppliers and each device has been designed in synchronous DC-DC buck converter circuit for optimum performance. Control MOSFET has lower switching losses, lower synchronous MOSFET conduction losses (low on-resistance), very low reverse recovery charge.
Which includes a chip set IRF6617 control FET and IRF6611 synchronous FET, in high density circuit board space is limited for optimal performance, each power channel up to 20A. Another chipset contains IRF6637 control FET and IRF6678 synchronous FET, for more than 20A per power channel application, which can effectively enhance the thermal performance.
IRF6617 control FET with small can (ST) DirectFET package, IRF6637 control FET is used in the tank (MP) DirectFET package. To facilitate the modification of existing designs, both synchronous FETs are used in the tank DirectFET package, you can easily replace IRF6611 IRF6678, meet the greater needs of current and heat dissipation.
New chipset will help circuit designers to reduce the high frequency, high current DC-DC converter volume. These converters for high-end computers and servers, as well as advanced telecom and data communications systems.
IR New 30V DirectFET MOSFET is available now. 10,000-unit quantities calculated, IRF6678 is priced at $ 1.25, IRF6611 is $ 1.09, IRF6637 is $ 0.91, IRF6617 0.87 U.S. dollars. Prices vary, for reference only. P>
